for everyone
Ivan went with Papa & Gen. Esperon, AFP Chief of Staff to visit the Kalayaan Group of Islands. They landed at Pag-Asa, one of the islands being claimed by China, Vietnam, etc.. they left the airport at 1:30 pm and Ivan was home bu 6.. man, what a trip... :) He swears that the island is so beautiful & he hopes there would be a resort there because the sand is powdery-white.. I just hope something good comes out of this controversy surrounding the JMU and that finally we will have our freakin' baseline!

hi che.. Kalayaan is the 23rd municipality of Palawan, it can be reached by boat (2-3 days travel from puerto) or plane (1 hour 30 mins) but you need a permit from our Western Command to go there as this is a secured area -- since this is part of the Spratlys Group of Islands but as my hubby said, it's super beautiful daw! If ever you get to visit Palawan, tell me early on if you want to go here so we can secure a permit... :) indeed, nothing beats traveling!

hi pam, we will be leaving for el nido soon and we want to try other places at palwan as well. U know what, we have a lot of beautiful places here at the phils compare to other countries, that's why we love exploring here and discovering some virgin places around. So excited for tomorw as we have to go to pagudpud and ilocos norte's famous beaches. Whew!

If you're here in Puerto tell me para mapasamahan ko kayo sa Nagtabon Beach, we have a house on a cliff there, ganda! About El Nido... its the best! You should also visit Coron and Port Barton. Or if you want, I can help you get a permit to visit Tubbataha Reef or the Malampaya Sound -- amazing places, its beauty will leave you speechless. Anyway, enjoy your travels. Kami nga every weekend may roadtrip! he he :)
